(because I didn't have any metal or ten second studio products
when it was published)
I found a master class by Linda Brown in the August 2009 mag that I new I had to make,
I raided my stash & this is what I made.
I did copy a couple of the panels to get me started,
then the rest of it fell into place.
I used my cuttle bug to do most of the work (It made it super speedy LOL)
I used glimmer mists & alcohol inks in green & orange
& black acrylic paint,I also added some embellishments from my stash.
Linda explains all you need to know in the article panel by panel
she also sells all the products you need here lbcrafts.com
Linda has a blog that you must go visit, her ideas are amazing yours artfully
I found it hard to photograph because of the reflection's in the mirror
but I think you can see it all.
I went to her shop on Saturday to book the new classes I wanted
and she introduced me to her latest creation Penny
OMG her mind astonishes me,
(Penny is also on her blog but definitely more amazing in person)
Hope you like it,
Back soon Kat x
Wow, this is just gorgeous Kat, I've been looking at your blog and your arty creations are just fabulous !
ReplyDeleteThank you for your lovely comment on my blog. I use a bow template for my bows (makes tying them a lot easier !). You can buy them from Quixotic Paperie or Bunny Zoe Crafts for about £4-£5. Hope that helps.
