JOURNAL CALENDER DECEMBER / NOVEMBER PAGES

Hi all,
I'm here with my FINAL page of the whole year
of the 365 journal calender challenge,
hosted by Kate Crane over at
the Kathryn wheel blog click the link to see every ones creations.

I can't believe it's nearly over,
& much more importantly I can't believe I have kept up
for all the 12 months (lol)
The year has flown even quicker tracking the days,
for this challenge, anyway.

my finished November page will appear
if by magic near the bottom of this post.

I did sit down to make a modern page ie,
blue, silver, purple, but that just didn't happen,
so without further a do,
here is my December page,

Here's the distress inks I used
for the background,
(almost forgot to take the picture
got a bit carried away)lol

I don't have many Christmas  stamps
so I decided to keep it simple
& only use 2 small ones.

now for the fun part,
I have had these images forever, & forgot I even had them,
I came across them in my frantic search for Xmas
things to use, & felt they would be perfect,
I think they are called scraps, & are used for
old fashion traditional decoupage on boxes etc.

The squares are again as the other months part of a TSV on QVC
bought ages ago (glad to put them to good use)
the days of the week are done on my computer,
as are the numbers (then punched out with a circle punch)
& coloured with copic markers.

& there you have it!
I'm a bit sad this little journey has come to an end
but I have loved every minuet of it,
I would like to say a big thank you to
Kate Crane for putting up this challenge,
& also for every one that has left me such lovely comments.

I will be back at the end of the month
with the December page when it's all filled out
for anyone that wants to see it,
& I am also going to do a roundup
of all 12 pages before I bind them into a book.

OH almost forgot to show November, filled out,
silly me,  here it is.

Thanks for stopping by,
Back soon,
Kat x.
