MEET MR & MRS WATTS (LOL)

Hi all,
thought I would shear with you my tag for the
COMPENDIUM OF CURIOSITIES CHALLENGE
It's week 31 & the technique this week is RUSTED ENAMEL,
head over to studio L3 to read all the details.

I am also entering this for the
KINGS & QUEENS challenge GS89
over at ginger snap creations


Now with out further a do,
I would like you to give a warm welcome to,
a very bright couple, new to the cerkit
 it's the new king & queen of ceiling town
Mr & Mrs watts.


OK, sorry about that I was away with the faeries there (lol)

to make this tag I used,
distress ink,
(vintage photo, brushed corduroy & weathered wood).

the fantastic light bulb stamps are from the artistic stamper
(I brought these stamps last year at ally pally & finely decided to use them
when I saw Sue Roddis journal page over on
 the artistic stamper creative team blog 
fabulous page go check it out)
& the wording is a Wendy Vecchi.

I also used,
clear embossing powder,
heart wings alterations die,
the lock is idea-ologe
the key & fibers are from my stash.


I loved this technique
(I must have flicked through Tim's book
hundreds of times & never really read this page)
I will be using this one again.
how cool dose that look!

    Hi Kat, What a beautiful tag you have come up with for the CCC. So kind of you to give credit to, and recommend that we look at Sue's work on her blog. Enjoyed looking at her style too. This weeks technique really turned out well on your tag. It is fun to do, and as with most of T!m's techniques it turns out different every time.

    Kat, you are brilliant! An artist AND a poet, and wonderful at both. This tag is absolutely delightful. Mr. and Mrs. Watts are fabulous, and their rusted enamel ceiling looks awesome! Great textured faery wings, perfect embellishments, and yes-- I'm TOTALLY inspired! I love, LOVE this!
